高校图书馆多媒体资源管理机制研究

Purpose/significance] Multimedia resources are one of the key digital resources of university libraries in the information age. The research on the management mechanism of multimedia resources in university library is of great significance to the comprehensive and efficient management of multimedia resources in university library.[Method/process] This paper used the methods of literature survey, network survey and case analysis to investigate the current situation of multimedia resource management in university libraries at home and abroad and commercial platforms. At present, the management of multimedia resources in university libraries in China is still in the primary stage, and there are many problems such as the neglect of multimedia resource management, single and scanty resource construction, irregular organization and management, imperfect service function foundation and so on.[Result/conclusion] Based on investigation of various multimedia resource platforms, this paper puts forward a four-in-one management mechanism that based on data management, coordinated by organization management, embodied by function management and guaranteed by security management. This paper also puts forward the key problems in the multimedia resource management of university library, and provides important reference and innovative ideas for university library.
