病毒侵染引起番茄miRNA差异表达研究

microRNA (miRNA) 是一类由生物体自身产生,无编码功能的,对生物体的生长发育等生命过程有重要调节作用的单链小RNA分子。植物中,它在基因的转录后调控中扮演着非常重要的角色,参与调节植物发育、信号传导、环境胁迫应答、病原物侵染等重要生理过程。病毒侵染植物后,往往使寄主产生多种症状。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,病毒侵染后会导致一些重要的miRNA的表达量的变化。本文通过miRNAs检测芯片,分析了不同病毒侵染后番茄叶组织中miRNA表达量的变化,揭示了寄主症状产生与miRNA表达变化的关系,为病毒与寄主之间的相互作用的研究,提供了一个新的切入点。

microRNAs are endogenous, non-code function, single stranded small RNAs that play critical regulatory roles in organ development. In plant, they have participated in a wide variety of biological processes including development, signal transduction, stress response, Pathogen infection and so on. The host plants often produce a variety of symptoms after virus infected. Recent studies have shown that virus infections will lead to significant expression changes of some important miRNAs. In this study, we analyzed the different expression profiles of tomato miRNAs after 5 virus infection using the plant conserved miRNA microarray, demonstrated the relationship between host symptoms and miRNAs expression. It is expected this study will put new sight into the plant virus-host interaction.
