穿斗式木构架抗震特性简化分析

穿斗式木构架房屋是我国西南地区常见的传统农舍民居,2008年5.12 地震中,地震灾区各种结构类型均受到破坏,但穿斗木构架体现了良好的抗震性能。本文对穿斗式构架结构部件组成、房屋结构尺寸设计、施工工艺、结构受力等进行了全面分析,在此基础上,建立了穿斗木构架房屋的抗震计算模型,进行了地震荷载作用下的结构时程动力计算,研究并分析了此类结构形式的抗震性能。分析结果表明:穿斗式木构架地震反应最大位移总的趋势是随着榫卯节点刚度的增加而减小的,而且随着输入地震波加速度峰值的增大,榫卯节点刚度变化对穿斗式木构架的中柱柱顶位移峰值的影响也逐渐增大。

huan-Dou-style wood frame structural form is a typical Chinese traditional house style, which has still been found in application in the rural areas in the Southwest China. On May 12, 2008, an earthquake of Richter magnitude 8 occurred in Wenchuan, Sichuan Province, China. During the earthquake, many houses were found seriously damaged, but the Chuan-Dou style (or Column and Tie Joint) Wood Frame Houses were found having good seismic performance. In this paper, the structural components, the construction technology and the structural capacity of the Chuan-Dou style wood frame houses are summarized and analysed. A seismic FE model is established, and the time dynamic response analysis of the structures under seismic input is executed. The seismic performance of such Wood Frame Houses is investigated. Analysis showed that the overall trend of the maximum displacement of the seismic response of Chuan-Dou-style wood frame decreases with increasing joint stiffness, and with the increase of the peak of the acceleration of input seismic wave, the change of the joint stiffness influence more of the peak displacement of the top of the the central column.
