以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,在高摩尔比(异氰酸基与多元醇羟基摩尔比即R值>3.0)条件下采用预聚体法制备了可在水溶液中稳定分散的甲乙酮肟(MEKO)封闭型水性聚氨酯胶束。本文对高摩尔比封闭聚氨酯胶束的形貌、粒径及其分布、结构及解封闭特性进行了表征与测试,重点考察了摩尔比(R值)、亲水基团含量(DMPA含量)、中和度以及Zeta电位对高摩尔比封闭聚氨酯胶束粒径与稳定性的影响。研究表明:反应条件对封闭聚氨酯胶束在水溶液中的稳定性具有显著影响,其稳定性可由初始Zeta电位来判断。若在高摩尔比条件下制备可在水溶液中稳定分散的封闭聚氨酯胶束,其中和度应在100%,并且DMPA含量最低应在3.3%以上。

Aqueous polyurethane micelles blocked by methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO) were prepared under the high molar ratio of -NCO to -OH (R>3.0), using 2,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). In this paper, the morphology, structure, particle size and distribution,and de-blocking reaction of the blocking polyurethane micelles with high molar ratio were characterized, and the effect of R value, DMPA content, neutralization degree and zeta potential on the particle size and stability in water was further explored. It has been shown that the reaction conditions has significant influence on the stability of the blocking polyurethane micelles, and the stability in aqueous solution could be determined by the initial Zeta potential. As the neutralization degree was at 100% and DMPA contnets were more than 3.3%, the blocking polyurethane micelles prepared at high molar ratio could be dispersed steadily in aqueous solution.
