激光熔覆原位合成TiB2/Cu工艺研究
Study on the Technology of In-Situ Synthetic TiB2/Cu Composite by Laser Cladding
本文采用激光熔覆技术,通过计算和试验确定了实验材料及激光工艺参数,在纯铜表面原位合成了TiB2/Cu复合涂层。同时分析了激光工艺参数与稀释率的关系。试验结果表明,制定的激光工艺参数较为合理,原位反应生成的TiB2颗粒细小均匀,熔覆层与基体呈良好的冶金结合。
In this paper,laser cladding technology was adopted.Experimental materials and laser technology parameters were determined by calculation and experimentation.TiB2 /Cu composite coating was successfully in-situ synthesized on the surface of copper substrate. At the same time the relationship between the laser technology parameters and the dilution rate was analysised.The experimental results showed that the formulated laser technology parameters were rather reasonable.The TiB2 particles which were produced by in situ synthetic reaction were fine and uniform.There was a good metallurgical bonding interface between the cladding layer and the substrate.
