稀土对钢材性能及钢中夹杂物的影响综述

非金属夹杂物会降低钢铁材料的性能,例如降低横向力学性能、萌生裂纹。稀土元素对钢中夹杂物及钢性能的影响、减低疲劳寿命和诱发腐蚀。减少夹杂物的尺寸、数量、分布,改善夹杂物的形态可以显著提高钢铁材料的性能。本文简要综述了稀土元素在钢水中的作用以及对钢耐腐蚀性能、力学性能、耐热性能、耐磨性能的提升。鉴于稀土变质夹杂的作用,阐述了稀土元素对夹杂物尺寸、形态及分布影响,从变质夹杂角度分析对钢性能的提升。另外,对稀土改性夹杂物机理进行了系统的阐述。除此之外,对于研究热门的稀土电工钢和稀土TRIP/TWIP钢、稀土-Mg复合处理夹杂进行了展望。

Nonmetallic inclusions can reduce the properties of steel materials, such as transverse mechanical properties and crack initiation. Effects of rare earth elements on inclusions and properties of steel, reducing fatigue life and inducing corrosion. Reducing the size, quantity and distribution of inclusions and improving the shape of inclusions can significantly improve the properties of steel materials. The effects of rare earth elements in molten steel and the improvement of corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, heat resistance and wear resistance of steel are briefly reviewed in this paper. In view of the effect of rare-earth metamorphic inclusions, the influence of rare-earth elements on the size, morphology and distribution of inclusions is expounded, and the improvement of steel properties is analyzed from the perspective of metamorphic inclusions. In addition, the mechanism of rare earth modified inclusions is described systematically. In addition, the popular rare earth electrical steel, rare earth TRIP/TWIP steel and rare earth Mg composite treatment inclusions are prospected.
