石竹三子叶变异株研究初报

mutant with three cotyledons was observed during another experiment on the germination of Dianthus plumarius seeds. This mutant was transplanted and propagated by vegetative fashion. We studied on its morphology under normal growth conditions, the results showed that there was significant difference in the stem type , leafy shape, cuticular waxy distribution and stomatic distribution of the mutant compared to the wild type plant.
