基于LabVIEW的光纤阵列SPR成像传感器实时图像处理
Real-time image processing of fiber optic array SPR imaging sensor based on LabVIEW
表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器具有高灵敏度、免标记、可实时监测的优点,广泛应用于生化样品检测领域。结合光纤SPR以及SPR成像传感器的优势,采用30万像素USB摄像头作为探测器,构建光纤阵列SPR成像传感器。每一个光纤SPR传感器可作为一个独立的检测通道,基于Labview开发实时图像处理程序,实现3*3 光纤阵列SPR成像传感器的实时监测。
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, no-tagging and real-time monitoring. It is widely used in biochemical detection.Combined with the advantages of optical fiber SPR and SPR imaging sensor, using 300,000-pixel USB camera as a detector to build fiber optic array SPR imaging sensor.Each fiber optic SPR sensor can be used as an independent detection channel. Based on Labview, a real-time image processing program is developed, which realizes real-time monitoring of 3 * 3 fiber optic array SPR imaging sensor.
