在海岸带地区由于测量方法、技术、基准和时间的不同,各地图数据之间存在投影、平面基准及其高程/深度基准不一致的问题,使得地理信息难以实现无缝拼接,给海岸带地形测量、数据分析、沿海开发等带来了极大的困难。本文将重点讨论地形图与海图的处理方法,并完成地形要素的基准转换与统一,实现海岸带地区标准地形图与海图数据的集成。

he coastal areas has taken on new urgency in recent years due to economic development in China. This importance of coastal zone management brings into focus the inherent separation of land and marine spatial data management. During the last several decades, due to the difference of surverying and mapping in the methodology, techniques, datum and time, there exist all kinds of topographic maps and nautical charts with inconsistent map projection, plane data datum, height/depth data datum. Such an inconsistent results in the unseamless data frame and envetually affects the coastal areas suverying and mapping, data analysis. In this paper, the integration methodlogy of topographic maps and nautical charts in coastal areas are focused. Firstly, the reasons of the inconsistency of topographic maps and nautical charts are introduced. Secondly, the translation and unification methods of the plane/projection topographic elements are analyed, including the unification of coordinate system and georeferced datam. Thirdly, the translation methods of the height/depth data datum are indicated, including the standardization of height/depth datam and the Tide correction. Finally, a concise summary of data integration are gived.
