本文利用商业化CFD软件-Fluent,基于标准湍流模型,对水压球阀阀口及附近气穴流场进行数值模拟,得到阀口处流场速度、流线图、压力等物理量的分布,由此寻找可能产生气穴的区域,以及阀口开度、入口速度及出口压力等不同因素对它的影响。该研究对纯水液压阀气穴的产生及气蚀控制的理论和应用研究有一定的参考价值。

Using the commercial CFD software - Fluent, based on the standard of hydraulic valves turbulence model, have a numerical simulation to the valve ports and the nearby cavitation flow field, then get the valve sewing place flow velocity and flow chart and pressures, the distribution of physical quantities, thus looking for possible cavitation zone, and its influence of the valve ports open degree, inlet velocity and outlet pressure. The study of pure water hydraulic valves cavitation has certain reference value to the generation and cavitation erosion control theory and application.
