蔗糖固体酸催化剂的制备及其催化性能研究
Preparation and Catalytic Performance of Sucrose-based solid acid catalyst
以纤维素和蔗糖为原料制备炭基固体酸催化剂,将所制备的炭基固体酸催化剂用于催化乙酸乙酯水解。按照乙酸乙酯和固体酸催化剂的质量比为1:0.8,并控制温度分别在40℃、50℃、60℃下,研究不同温度对催化效率的影响。得出最适温度为60℃。在最适温度下对炭基固体酸催化剂的重复利用性进行研究。并与液体酸(硫酸)催化性能作比较。
Sulfonated carbon-based solid acids were prepared by surcrose , and used to hydrolyse ethyl acetate. Discussing the productivities at the mass ratio of ethyl acetate and solid acid is 1:0.8, and the temperature in 40℃, 50℃ and 60℃.The optimum reaction condition was 60℃.The recycling of the Carbon-Based Solid Acid was studied at the optimum temperature. The consequence was contrasted with the productivity using the catalyst vitriol.
