破骨细胞的噬骨作用是骨重建中重要的环节，随着预防和治疗骨质疏松及激素性股骨头坏死研究的进一步深入，破骨细胞作为重要的研究工具，其分离和诱导方法日渐成熟，但是由于破骨细胞来源于单核-巨噬细胞系，由多个单核细胞融合而成的终末细胞，其生长和分化受到诸多因素的影响，适当选择培养细胞的来源、诱导剂、种植浓度、培养时间以及氧浓度、磁场、培养基配置等诸多因素对破骨细胞的密度、纯度有较大的影响，为进一步的研究提供较好的科研基础。
s we all know,osteoclast plays an important role in bone reconstuction.with the progress on studying osteoprosis and SINFH prevention and treatment's,octeoclast is becoming a vital tool .hence ,the technique of osteoclast seperating and culture improved a lot.as long as osteoclast stem s from Mononuclear phagocytic system ,it's affected by lots of factors in osteoclast culture. it's still a big suject on how to choose the proper original cell,inducer,grow density,culture time,oxygen density,megnetic environment, etc.. so, this essay is mainly for presenting the status quo.
