利用固定床反应器对玉米芯和煤矸石及两者混合物的热解特性进行了研究,考察了混合比例、温度和添加剂对两者共热解行为的影响。研究结果表明,不同掺混比例下生物质与煤矸石共热解时,当煤矸石的比例小于50%时,液体油收率的实验值大于计算值,并且当温度大于400℃时有协同作用。添加γ-Al2O3和改性后的γ-Al2O3会影响两者共热解的产物分布和液体油收率。添加γ-Al2O3和改性后的γ-Al2O3都会使液体油收率降低,且Co/γ-Al2O3产生液体油收率最低。采用1HNMR、13CNMR 和FTIR 分析热解所得液体油性质,发现玉米芯和煤矸石共热解后所得的液体油中脂肪族化合物含量增加,含氧化合物,芳香醚和碳水化合物含量减少,共热解提高了液体油的品质。添加Co/γ-Al2O3,PW12/γ-Al2O3,Mo/γ-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3也影响液体油的品质,这些添加物都会减少液体油中的含氧化合物(酸,醛,酮)含量,增加了烯烃和芳香族含量。

o-pyrolysis behaviors of corncob and coal gangue were studied in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of blending ration, temperature and additives on products were investigated. Results show that the liquid oil yields were observed higher than calculated value at coal gangue proportion of 20% and 40%, and corncob and coal gangue had synergistic effect during co-pyrolysis above 400℃. γ-Al2O3 and modified γ-Al2O3 have effect on product distributions and property. Adding γ-Al2O3 and modified γ-Al2O3 could make the liquid oil yield decrease, and the liquid oil yield with Co/γ-Al2O3 is the lowest. 1HNMR, 13CNMR and FTIR analysis indicated that during the co-pyrolysis, the contens of aliphatic compounds were increased and oxygenated compounds, aromatic ether and carbohydrates were decreased, which showed that liquid oil obtained from co-pyrolysis has a good property. Co/γ-Al2O3,PW12/γ-Al2O3,Mo/γ-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 also have important influences on the liquid oil property, and adding them could reduce the contents of undesirable components (carboxylic acids, ketones and aldehydes) and enhanced the contens of alkene and phenols compounds.
