在线客服系统是当今互联网重要服务之一,传统客服系统中,用户与客服人员通过即时消息交互已不能满足用户需求。WebRTC技术的推广,降低了实时音视频互通的实现难度。本文提出了一种基于WebRTC的在线客服系统,将实时音视频和在线客服客服联系起来,使得用户和客服人员可以在登录客服系统后,实时进行音视频互通,丰富了在线客服系统的服务能力,提供了用户体验,具备良好的应用场景。
Online customer service is one of the most sevice on the Internent nowadays. Instant message between users and customer service staff in the traditional customer service system cannot satisfy the needs of users. The development of WehRTC reduces the difficulty of implementation of real-time audio/video communication. This paper proposes a WebRTC based customer service system, which connect the real-time communication with customer service. Users and customer service staff can use WebRTC technology to begin audio and video session. Compared with the traditional customer service, this system enrich the service capability of online customer service, improve the user experience and have a good application scenarios.
