吉林西部盐碱水田生长期土壤有机碳和碱解氮的动态变化特征

本文以吉林西部典型灌区前郭县为例,野外采集盐碱地和5类不同开发年限水田表层土壤建立实验样地,分别采用重铬酸钾氧化外加热法和碱解扩散法测试水稻幼苗期、分蘖期、长穗期和结实期土壤有机碳和碱解氮质量分数,分析其动态变化规律。结果表明,盐碱水田土壤有机碳和碱解氮具有明显的变化规律。经历一个生长期后,表层土壤有机碳均有不同程度的增加,碱解氮质量分数有所降低;水田开发过程中土壤有机碳和碱解氮总变化趋势一致,二者均随开发年限的增加而增加。本文可为盐碱水田区土壤碳、氮循环研究提供数据支撑,为研究区土地开发利用和水田管理提供理论依据。
aking Qianguo irrigation area of western Jilin Province as an example, the paper field collected saline-alkali soil and paddy soil of five different development years to build experimental plots. The paper tests the contents of soil organic carbon, carbonate and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen of seedling, tillering, tassel formation and fructicative stage with potassium dichromate oxidation external heating method, diffusion method and alkaline hydrolysis diffusion method, in order to analyze the seasonal dynamics and the characteristics of development years. The results show that organic carbon and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen exist obvious variations. The contents of organic carbon of surface soil increase in different degrees after a growth period, while the contents of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen decrease. The contents of organic carbon and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen have the same variation tendency during process of paddy development, they both increase with the increasing development years. This paper can provide data support for the study of seasonal cycle of soil carbon and nitrogen, offering scientific guidance to improve soil nutrition conditions and productivity of paddy field ecosystem, providing theoretical bases for land use and paddy field management in the study area.
