心房颤动(房颤)是最常见的心律失常之一,可引起心力衰竭、脑卒中等严重并发症,导致患者致死率、致残率增加。隐匿性房颤无明显临床症状,且发作不规律,漏诊率高,无法及时规范诊疗,更易导致不良临床结局。近期临床研究表明可穿戴设备在隐匿性房颤的筛查和管理中有显著优势。本文基于国内外近年相关文献复习,对可穿戴设备在隐匿性房颤筛查与管理中的最新研究现状、临床结局、成本效益、应用挑战及前景进行综述,以期为其在隐匿性房颤管理中的进一步应用提供更多循证证据支持。

trial fibrillationAFis among the most prevalent types of arrhythmialeading to severe complications such as heart failure and strokethus increasing rates of mortality and disability. Silent AFwhich lacks clinical symptoms and has irregular onsettends to have a low diagnosis rate and often experiences delays in receiving standardized treatmentsresulting in negative clinical outcomes. Recent clinical studies highlight the significant benefits of wearable devices in the screening and management of silent AF. In this articlewe review the clinical outcomescost-effectivenesschallenges and future application prospects of wearable devices in the detection and management of silent AF based on relevant domestic and international literature of recent years to provide more evidence-based support for its further applications.
