his article discuss the results of the Urban Planning Management Information System concept, composition and development trend. On this basis, the urban planning and management information system established methods of the in-depth study, details of the GIS-based urban planning results-based management information system database, System interface module and functional design and development. Finally,use Mapbasic language to design and realization of the various plots classification inquiries, inquiries conditions, Categories statistics, calculation and statistical analysis functions.
