甲地孕酮治疗结直肠癌化疗性呕吐的疗效分析

目的：研究甲地孕酮在结直肠癌化疗中减轻呕吐的作用。方法：对第一周期化疗中发生II、III度呕吐的40例结直肠癌患者进行研究，于第二周期化疗时加用醋酸甲地孕酮160mg/天，观察用药后呕吐症状的变化。结果：呕吐程度减轻，甲地孕酮总有效率为61.9％，其中对II、III度呕吐的有效率分别为56.8％、73.7％。结论: 甲地孕酮具有减轻结直肠癌化疗性呕吐的作用。
bjective: To study the effect of megestrol acetate(MA) on e relieving vomiting associated with chemotherapy in colorectal cancer patients. Methods: 40 patients , who had been vomiting in the first cycle of chemotherapy, were given MA with 160mg per day during the second cycle, then the symptoms in these patients were observed. Results: The vomitting extent was relieved by MA and the total effective power of 61.9 percent was obtained. For vomitting of grade II and III, the power was 56.8 and 73.7 percent, respectively. Conclusion: MA has the role of relieving chemotherapy-associated vomiting in colorectal cancer patients.
