BIM背景下装配式建筑施工安全评价

Study on Safety Evaluation Model of Pre-Fabricated Building under BIM Background

为了研究BIM背景下装配式建筑施工的安全程度,基于施工安全模型和评价方法等相关理论,采用BP神经网络建立安全评价模型,选择应用BIM技术的装配式建筑实例作为数据来源,并通过其他项目予以验证。结果表明管理层的BIM成熟度、现场施工作业人员的装配式建筑施工经验、施工现场的机械的安装维护、现场材料的堆放所容余的施工空间、管理人员对现场人员及施工行为的管控是影响装配式建筑施工安全的主要因素,在今后的应用中,可以从这几方面着手提高装配式建筑的安全程度。

In order to study the safety factors of pre-fabricated building under the background of BIM, a safety evaluation model based on construction safety model and evaluation method is established by using BP neural network. Some examples of fabricated building with BIM technology are selected as the data source, one project is used to verify the result. The results indicate that the BIM maturity of management, field construction worker’s experience on pre-fabricated buildings, the installation and maintenance of machinery at the construction site, the accumulation of on-site materials spare space for construction, management of field personnel and construction behavior control are the main factors to affect the safety of pre-fabricated building constructions. In the future application, we can proceed from these aspects to improve the safety of fabricated buildings.
