水力旋流器工艺参数的实验研究
Research on Parameters of Hydraulic Cyclone
通过在不同给料压力和底流口直径的情况下,测定水力旋流器的底流和溢流的流量、浓度及产物分配等工艺参数的变化关系,结果表明:处理量和溢流流量随给料压力的增大而增加;底流流量随底流口直径的增大明显增加。但底流流量与给料压力,底流口直径与处理量和溢流流量不再具有确定的大小对应关系,并对这些现象做出了合理的解释。
he research tests the relations between quantity of overflow and underflow, consistency, and products distribution in different feed pressure and diameters of underflow outlets. Results from these tests indicate the following main points: production capacity and quantity of overflow increase when feed pressure increases, and quantity of underflow increases when diameter of underflow outlet increases. But relations between quantity of underflow and feed pressure, and diameter of underflow outlet and quantity of overflow are uncertianty. This paper will give a better discritpion to these phenomena, as well as reasonable explanations.
