onformity is a common phenomenon of society psychology and behavior, Conformity behavior can't be told good or bad for the nature of the behavior itself. From the viewpoint of sociology, a society needs common language, common values and common manners of behavior, so that the function of society can be executed and the social culture can be continued. The conformity behavior can be easily happen to the undergraduates because of they are short of enough knowledge and experience, and their ideology is prematuration. So it is very significant to promote the socialization and development in an all-around way of the undergraduates by researching the reasons of the conformity behavior and the influence on the undergraduates of the positive and negative conformity psychology.
