两种蝴蝶鳞片结构特征的观察和分析
Observation and Analysis of the Featured Scales of Two Kinds of Butterflies
为了对结构生色有一定的了解,本文选取绿带翠凤蝶和碧凤蝶两种常见蝴蝶观察。文中利用体式显微镜和扫描电镜,发现蝴蝶翅膀表面鳞片取向层叠排列,不同种类的蝴蝶鳞片构造和尺寸也不同,这两种蝴蝶鳞片主要有拱桥形和筛孔形特征。提取鳞片结构特征和几何尺寸,利用solidworks工具模拟观察的鳞片表面结构,这些为后续纺织品上的结构色仿生应用提供了一定的参考依据。
In order to have knowledge of structural color, both of Papilio maackii and Papilio bianor butterflies were taken as samples in this paper. Stereo-Microscope and SEM were adopted to observe the wing scales. It was found that the scales of wings were in orientation stacked arrangement, different kinds of butterfly have different construction scale and size, and there are here mainly arch shape and mesh shape. Extracting the surface geometry and structure features, the Solidworks tool simulated the observed scales surface structure, which can provide the certain basis for the structural color in the subsequent textiles bionic application.
