管输油品电荷浓度探测电极研究

Research on Probe of Detecting Charge Density of Oil in Pipeline

本文对管输油品电荷浓度探测电极进行了研究,根据以往检测方法出现的问题,针对电荷泄露和外界环境的影响,设计了一种新型内置电容耦合式感应电极。根据静电理论,分析了管道内油品的起电规律,建立电极在管道内的立体模型,运用有限元分析的方法对电极捕捉电荷情况进行了模拟。

In this paper, the probe of detecting charge density of oil in pipeline was researched. Aiming at charge leakage and impact of external factors, a new-type of built-in capacitance coupled inductive electrode was designed. According to the electrostatic theory, the electrification law of oil in pipeline was analysed. The stereomodel of electrode in pipeline was set up, and the electrode capturing the charge was simulated by FEM.
