核桃叶乙醇提取物对菌类化感抑制的研究

目的]研究核桃叶乙醇提取物对微生物的化感抑制作用。[方法]以核桃叶为原料,采用蒸馏法提取抑菌活性物质,用滤纸片法检测不同浓度乙醇提取物对各菌的抑制效果。[结果]核桃叶乙醇提取物对枯草杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,根霉,曲霉都具有较好的抑菌效果,且浓度越大抑菌作用越明显。同时还显示,同一浓度提取物对不同菌种的抑制作用不同;并且随着时间的延长,抑菌作用有所降低。[结论]核桃叶乙醇提取物对枯草杆菌等具有不同程度的化感抑制作用,为杀菌剂、生物农药、除草剂、生物实验抑制剂、降压药物等一系列相关产品的开发提供实验依据。
Objective]The allelopathy of the extract from Walnut leaf alcohol to microorganism was researched.[Method]The extracts from the walnut leaf were obtained by distillation method for studying its antibacterial and antifungal activities. Use filter paper methed to detect the bacteriostatic effect of extract of alcohol.[Result] The extract from the walnut leaf alcohol had the remarkable inhibitory action to the Staphylococus, Bacillus subtilis, Rhizopus and Aspergillus and inhibitory action was enhanced with the concentration-increasing of extract from Walnut leaf alcohol.The result also showed that the bacteriostasis of the different bacterias was different with the same concentration. With the time going, antibacterial effect was weaker. [Conclusion] The extract from Walnut leaf alcohol had the varying degrees inhibitory action to the four bacteria and fungus tested and to provide experimental basis for the development of a series of related products such as the fungicide, biological pesticide, herbicide, biological experiments inhibitors, antihypertensive drugs.
