植物细胞线粒体特性及对低温胁迫的响应研究进展
Research advances of plant mitochondrial characteristics and the response to cold stress
线粒体是真核生物细胞中一种重要的细胞器,跟其它细胞器相比,线粒体具有一些独特性质。植物细胞内的线粒体同其它真核细胞一样,一直处于动态变化之中;同时还是一种重要的胞内钙库,它们的运动及分布对细胞功能的正常行驶具有重要的作用。低温逆境严重影响农作物的产量和品质,是农业生产中主要的环境限制因子。植物对低温胁迫的适应涉及到胞内细胞器的响应,研究发现线粒体是植物细胞响应低温胁迫的主要细胞器之一。
Mitochondrion is one kind of important organelle in eukaryocyte with some distinct characteristics compared with other organelles. Plant mitochondria are always in dynamics and meanwhile be one type of important intracellular calcium pool. Their motion and distribution play the vital roles in the normal cellular function. The low temperature stress impact crops production and quality severely as the major environment inhibitor. The adaptation of plants on low temperature stress involve the response of organelles. The research proved that mitochondria were the one of major response organelles involving the cold stress.
