零序电压注入的电力电子变压器电压平衡控制
Zero-sequence voltage injection for DC capacitor voltage balance control of power electronic transformer
级联式电力电子变压器存在直流侧电压平衡问题,当输入电压和输出负载不对称时更为严重。本文提出了一种零序电压注入法控制相间直流电容电压平衡,采用将零序电压滞后90 引入虚拟相的方法,将零序电压表示为直流量的形式,在dq坐标系中建立了零序电压与有功功率之间的关系,并对零序电压进行了计算,由于无需求解三角函数,简化了运算。对于相内直流电容电压平衡问题,在输出级通过改变d轴占空比实现平衡控制。仿真结果表明了所提控制策略的有效性。
capacitor voltage balancing problem exists in cascaded H-bridge converter-based power electronic transformer, it\'s more serious when the line voltages and output loads are asymmetric. A new cluster voltage balancing control with a zero-sequence voltage injection is proposed in this paper. A hypothesized phase is intentionally introduced by shifting the original zero-sequence voltage by 90 , so the zero-sequence can be represented by DC form. The relationship between the active power and the zero-sequence voltage is established, the zero-sequence voltage is calculated in the dq frame, and the trigonometric function is not involved, so the calculation is simple. As for the individual voltage balancing control, it achieves by trimming the duty cycle of d axis. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation results.
