石蜡型复合相变材料蓄热性能实验研究

以石蜡作为复合相变蓄热材料,利用膨胀石墨的高吸附性和高导热性提高相变材料的传热性能。在长方体内,采用带翅片的换热结构,研究加入不同膨胀石墨含量的石蜡在蓄热过程的蓄热性能,通过对不同温度热源下的蓄热过程的测试,得出不同膨胀石墨含量的石蜡相变材料蓄热规律。实验结果表明随着添加膨胀石墨的含量逐渐增大,复合石蜡相变蓄热的时间大大缩短,由于不同温度热源所导致的与相变点的温差对复合相变材料相变时间影响明显,在实验测试的范围内,所添加的膨胀石墨对石蜡相变点的影响很小。

hermal performance of paraffin as composite phase change material (PCM) has been improved by adding expanded graphite which has high adsorption and high heat conductivity. The heat storage characteristics of the composite paraffin as PCM were studied with fined tube heat exchanger in cuboid. The heat storage rule is summarized by testing the effect of different quality percentages of expanded graphite in the charging process at different temperatures. Experimental results showed that time of charging become much shorter as the quality percentage of expanded graphite in composite PCM increases. The effect of temperature of heat resource on charging process is obvious, especially at low temperatures. Within the range of experimental testing, addition of expanded graphite has little impact on the phase transition temperature of paraffin.
