基于WSR的装配式住宅楼施工阶段成本分析
Prefabricated residential building construction based on WSR stage cost analysis
装配式混凝土建筑作为一种主要的建筑形式在国际上被广泛使用,但是,更高的单方造价使其在我国的发展受到较大阻碍。基于此,本文针对河南省某小区住宅楼项目工程的二标段为例,利用模糊物元综合评价模型对该案例进行等级划分,成本因素影响综合评价,将原始数据输入算法编程评价系统,得出切实可行的结果,同时基于关联度结论给出分析以及建议,并基于综合优度结果,针对物力与人力因素,提出相关有效措施并绘制了物理层因素管理流程图。
Prefabricated concrete building is widely used in the world as a major architectural form, but its development is greatly hindered by the higher unilateral cost in China.Based on this, this paper, two blocks to the residential building engineering a district in henan province as an example, the fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation model for the case of hierarchies, cost factors comprehensive evaluation, the original data input algorithm program evaluation system, practical results, the conclusion based on the correlation analysis and Suggestions are given at the same time, and based on the results of comprehensive we for material resources and human factors, put forward the relevant effective measures and draw the flow chart of the physical factors of management.
