为了明确目前 BG 公司员工对工作满意度的现状及影响工作满意的因素,文章采用问卷调查的方法,利用SPSS19统计软件对调查结果进行分析。通过分析得到结论:员工工作满意度的平均值为3.26,其中员工对同事关系的满意度最高。不同性别的员工在工作满意度方面存在显著差异;不同的婚姻状况的满意度因素的意见有显著差异;对不同年龄员工的工作满意度进行方差分析发现,20岁及以下的人员满意度最高, 而对不同年龄对工作满意度的影响没有显著差异;对不同工龄员工的工作满意度的方差分析发现,1年及以下工龄的人员满意度最高, 而不同工龄对工作满意度的影响有显著差异。
In order to make the present job satisfaction scale situation of employees in BG Company and the influence factors on job satisfaction, this paper used the questionnaire survey method and SPSS 19 statistical software to analyze the survey results. The conclusion which is drawn through the analysis are: the average value of employee job satisfaction scale is 3.26, which employees have the highest satisfaction with the relationship between colleagues. Different genders of employees have differences significant in the job satisfaction aspect; The opinion of the satisfaction factors of different marital status have significant differences. According to employees' job satisfaction variance analysis shows that the employees aged 20 years and below have the highest level of job satisfaction, there was no significant difference between job satisfaction and different ages. According to the variance analysis of job satisfaction of employees with different working year found that job satisfaction of the employees working a year and below is the highest. The influence of the different working year on job satisfaction has significant difference.
