基于神经网络和灰色系统的住宅用地需求预测研究
Study on the residential land demand based on the Nerve Network Model and the Gray System
科学的住宅用地需求预测是政府管理和调控城市土地市场的前提条件之一。本文将神经网络和灰色系统引入到住宅用地需求预测中，克服了传统回归分析方法的一些缺点，并对2006-2010年上海市松江区住宅用地需求量进行了预测。
he Scientific Predicting of residential land demand is one of the preconditions that is used to manage and control the urban land market by government.The Nerve Network Model and the Gray System are introduced in this paper to predict the residential land demand in SongJiang during 2006-2010, by which we can conquer some flaws that accomplished with the traditional Regression Method.
