采用以油酸作为稳定剂的溶剂热法成功合成了单分散性好、高质量不同形貌和大小的六角相LaF3纳米颗粒。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对所合成的LaF3纳米晶进行表征。XRD结果表明所合成的LaF3纳米晶晶相为六角相。TEM结果表明这些样品具有好的均匀性和单分散性,并能自组装成有序的二维阵列。更重要的是,这些纳米颗粒的形状和大小可以通过NaF含量来调节。随着NaF含量的增加,纳米晶的形貌由颗粒转变为棒状结构,并且颗粒大小显著增加。高的NaF含量有利于形成一维LaF3纳米棒。通过调节激发功率的大小,Yb3+/Er3+共掺的LaF3纳米晶的上转换发光可由黄白光转变为黄光。因此,形貌、大小和上转换发光颜色可控的LaF3纳米晶在生物成像方面具有很大应用前景。

In this paper, the monodispersed and high quality hexagonal phase LaF3 nanocrystals with different shape and size were synthesized by solvothermal method using oleic acid as stabilizing agent. The as-prepared LaF3 nanocrystals were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD results demonstrate the crystal phase of the as-prepared LaF3 nanocrystals are hexagonal phase. TEM results reveal that the samples present high uniformity and monodispersity and are self-assembled into a two-dimensional ordered array. Moreover, the shape and size of the nanocrystals can be readily tuned by adjusting the NaF concentration. With increasing the concentration of NaF, the shape of LaF3 nanocrystals was changed from particle to rod and the size gradually increased. Moreover, high NaF concentration favors the formation of the one-dimensional nanorods. In addition, the LaF3 nanorystals co-doped with Yb3+/Er3+ can emit tunable visible light from yellow-white to yellow light with increasing the excitation power. Therefore, it is expected that these LaF3 nanocrystals with well controlled shape, size and upconversion luminesence have potential application in bioimaging field.
