一种简单的方法制备介孔二氧化钛/石墨碳纳米微球

以二氧化硅微球作为模板,通过一种简单的纳米铸型方法,制备了二氧化钛/石墨碳纳米微球。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面积分析仪(BET)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、差热分析仪(TG-DAT)等仪器和检测方法,对二氧化钛/石墨碳纳米微球的形貌和结构进行表征。实验分析结果表明:得到的碳材料石墨化程度较好,锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒较好地分散于石墨碳微球载体中,且钛矿型二氧化钛颗粒直径约为8-14 nm。所制备的材料可以用作光催化剂和电池材料。
Mesoporous titanium dioxide/graphitic carbon microspheres were synthesized by a simple nanocasting route using monodisperse silicon dioxide microspheres as the template. The characterize and the morphology of the titanium dioxide/graphitic carbon microspheres have been analyzed by means of XRD, N2-sorption, SEM, TEM, TG-DTA and EDAX. Indicated by the experimental results and the theoretical analysis, the anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles of 8-14 nm in diameter were highly dispersed in the graphitic carbon microspheres. The obtained material can be used as catalyst or battery material.
