各省市自治区科技发展水平的实证研究
n Empirical Research on the Level of the Development of Science and Technology of the Provinces in China
本文通过首先建立一套评价各地区科技发展水平的评价指标体系，然后运用统计分析中的主成份分析、聚类分析和判别分析的方法，对全国31各省市自治区科技实力的发展状况进行了评价，并指出我国各地区科技发展存在的问题与不足，提出对策与建议。
In this paper, in order to evaluate the level of development of scientific and technological evaluation of different areas in China, we first establish an index system. And then use statistical analysis methods of principal component analysis, cluster analysis and discriminate analysis to evaluate level talked above of 31 provinces and autonomous regions across the country .At last point out the problem of different areas separately and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
