石仙桃多糖的提取及抗氧化活性的研究
Extraction and Antioxidant Activities of Polysaccharide
首次采用L9 (34) 正交试验研究了石仙桃多糖的提取工艺,得到最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1∶40,提取温度为80℃,浸提时间为5h 。在此工艺条件下, 石仙桃多糖的得率为2.25%。利用羟基阴离子实验和超氧阴离子实验研究了石仙桃多糖的抗氧化活性,结果表明石仙桃多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性。
he extraction of Polysaccharide from Pholidota chinensis Lindl was studied by orthogonal experiment firstly. And the optimal extracting conditions were obtained as follow: the solid-liquid ratio was 1:40, the temperature was 80℃ and the time was 5h. In the conditions, the extraction percentage of polysaccharide was 2.25%. On the basis of hydroxyl radical assay and superoxide radical assay, its antioxidant activities were investigated. And it had high antioxidant activities.
