多分区多期望目标寻优的火电机组负荷分配问题

现有的火电机组负荷分配方案,通常由全系统燃料耗量和排污总量最小化寻优方式制定,尽管考虑了火电机组的能耗与排放特性,但忽略了机组所处不同区域可能具有差异化节能减排期望调控目标的要求。为此,本文在煤耗、排污期望目标的基础上,追加多分区因素,建立了以各区域单位发电煤耗、单位发电排污量为期望目标的火电机组负荷优化分配模型,并设计了适应多时段、多分区、多期望目标寻优的算法。算例表明,通过为各区域设定差异化的期望目标值制定火电机组负荷分配方案,可以一定程度上平衡各区域煤耗和排污表现,从而尽可能地兼顾各区域差异化节能减排考核的要求。

he existing thermal power units load distribution plan is usually formulated by the system-wide fuel consumption and emission minimization. Although the fuel consumption and emission characteristics of the thermal power units are taken into account, the requirements of desired energy conservation and emission reduction regulation goals of the different areas where the unit is located may be different. Therefore, on the basis of coal consumption and pollutant emission expectations, this paper adds multi-partitions factor, and establishes a model for optimal dispatch of thermal power units with the targets of coal consumption and pollutant emission of per kWh electricity in each area, and designing a multi-period, multi-partition, multi-desired objectives optimization algorithm. Cases show that by setting different expected values for objectives of each area and formulating a dispatch plan for thermal power units, the coal consumption and pollutant emission performance of each area can be balanced to a certain extent, so as to give consideration to the assessment of regional differences in energy conservation and emission reduction as much as possible.
