藏药如达胃宁软胶囊的组方筛选试验研究
Screening studies on the formula of Rudaweining Soft Capsule for antiulcer effect
目的 研究如达胃宁软胶囊对实验性胃溃疡的组方优化比例。方法 采用均匀设计试验法，以利血平型小鼠胃溃疡模型为筛选模型，以雷尼替丁为对照药物，观察如达胃宁软胶囊不同组方比例对动物溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率。结果 如达胃宁软胶囊的组方优化比例为川木香9份、沙棘1.5份。结论 筛选所得的如达胃宁软胶囊组方比例组合物有明确的抗溃疡作用，体现了组方药物的协同作用。
Objective Screening studies on formula of Rudaweining Soft Capsule for antiulcer effect in rats. Methods Used the uniform design method, investigated pharmacological model on gastric ulcer induced by reserpine in rats, with Ranitidine as the positive drug; investigated the effects of ulcer index and gastric ulcer inhibition ratio for different formula of the Radix Vladimiriae and Fructus Hippophae. Results The optimum formula was obtained: Radix Vladimiriae at 9 folds, Fructus Hippophae at 1.5 folds. Conclusions The optimum formula of Rudaweining Soft Capsule had the significance effect of antiulcer in rats, showed the cooperation of the formula drugs.
