无损检测方法推定普通混凝土早龄期抗拉强度
he Research of Tensile Strength of Early-age Concrete based on Non-destructive Technique
针对目前基于无损检测方法推定混凝土早龄期抗拉强度研究较少,本文通过静载拉伸破坏性试验和超声波无损检测试验两种方法相结合的手段,得出了基于无损检测技术推求混凝土早龄期抗拉强度的方法。试验主要从两个方面展开,即混凝土早龄期抗拉强度和超声波无损检测测定的波穿过混凝土的波速随龄期的变化规律,试验龄期为1天、3天、5天、7天、14天和28天,试验结果表明普通C30混凝土和普通C50混凝土的早龄期抗拉强度和波速都是随着龄期的发展而增大,针对这一规律对试验数据进行了回归分析,得到了抗拉强度与超声波波速间有着很好的相关性,并推导出两者间转换的数学模型。
In view of the papers in the concrete’s non-destructive method domestic and overseas, found that there is not enough research of concrete early-age tensile strength based on non-destructive method, this paper, in using of static load tensile destructive testing and ultrasonic examination testing, the two experimental methods to study and forecast the concrete tensile strength at the early age. There were two different ways of experiment, destructive testing and non-destructive testing. The testing started at the first day after casting the samples and subsequently the 3rd, 5th,7th, 14th and 28th. The Destructive testing is for obtaining the tensile strength and the non-destructive testing is for obtaining the ultrasonic velocity of the same sample at the same age. According to the results of experiment, the relation between the tensile strength and ultrasonic velocity for the concrete C30 and C50 was obtained; this is very useful and practical for the domain of construction and research of the cracking in concrete at the early-age.
