本文提出一种关于半导体制造中关键批次产品的自动化实时调度方法,主要根据工艺许容时间区段流通要求和实时状态,以在保证产品质量的情况下,确定关键批次产品可以进行预约的工艺站点,然后,通过预估产品作业速度和设备作业特性情况,逐步对未来作业站点的设备进行预约和提前管控,尽可能实现关键批次产品的设备至设备自动化作业,从而缩短等待时间,保障关键批次产品的跑货速度,满足出货需要,同时,可以极大的降低产线人员的对应负荷。

In this paper , a bullet lots\' automatic dispatching method in semiconductor manufacturing is proided. On the premise of ensuring product quanlity, stations which bullet lots\' could reserve are identified by considering qzones\' technological requirements and realtime machine status. Then, this paper consider bullet lots\' running speed and equipments operation characteristics to control equipments\' product in advance, then, bullet lots\' can be dispatched from one equpments to another equipments directly without waiting time, and workers loading can be greatly reduced.
