新型智库评估理论及评估框架体系研究

Purpose/significance] The evaluation of think tanks plays a role in guiding and promoting the development of think tanks. [Method/process] After analyzing the evaluation theories and the think tank evaluation development, this paper established the framework of the think tank evaluation based on the 4th generation evaluation theory. Furthermore, a model of the think tank, a multi-value system, and an evaluation index framework were presented. [Result/conclusion] In conclusion, this paper provides a systematic and theoretical exploration of the think tank evaluation, which lays a foundation for evaluation practices.
