在磁性颗粒夹杂的磁流变复合弹性体制备过程中,若施加斜磁场可形成具有一定取向的倾斜链状结构。基于磁偶极子理论,本文针对这一具有斜链微结构特征的磁流变弹性体建立了三维的磁致剪切模量分析模型。该考虑磁性颗粒链几何分布特征的模型不仅能够退化为已有单链模型与平面模型,还可以对具有任意倾斜角链情形的磁致剪切模量予以预测与分析。结果表明:随着磁性颗粒链取向角度的不同,磁流变复合弹性体的磁致模量表现出较强的方向依赖性,存在获得较高磁致效应的最优链取向角度;同时,对于外加磁场与磁性颗粒链所成夹角的变化,磁流变复合弹性体存在着负磁致模量的特征与现象。基于本文模型,文中对磁致剪切模量随夹杂铁磁颗粒的体积分数变化规律也给予了预测与讨论。

When an oblique magnetic field is applied to magnetorheological composite elastomer filled with magnetic particles during the preparation process, one obtains an ordered tilted chain-like preconfiguration. Based on the magnetic dipole model, a three dimensional analysis model is proposed in this paper to compute the magnetic field-induced shear modulus of this kind of magnetorheological elastomers (MRE). The model not only can be degenerated to the existing single-chain and plane model, but also applied to predict and analyse the magnetic field-induced shear modulus of the MRE with the chain distribution of the different inclination angle. Results show that the changes in the magnetic field-induced properties of MRE strongly depend on the orientation angle of particle chains. In addition, the optimal tilt angle for the highest and the negative magneto-induced modulus has been found for samples. Meanwhile, the relationship between the magnetic field-induced shear modulus and the volume fraction of ferromagnetic particles is predicted.
