Selection of Cutting Parameters in High Speed Milling of Thin-walled Components Based on the Cutting Vibration Control

在薄壁结构零件的高速铣削加工过程中,随着零件壁厚的降低,常常发生切削振动现象。本文针对典型薄壁零件的结构特点,应用有限元技术从模态分析的角度出发,对薄壁结构零件的高速铣削加工过程中出现的切削振动现象进行了初步分析;同时,结合对切削力信号的频谱分析结果,从切削速度、进给量、切削深度等方面进行了切削参数优化,以减小或抑制切削振动的产生。

With the decreasing of thin wall thickness, cutting vibration can be observed frequently in the high speed milling of thin-walled components. By analyzing the construction characteristics of aero thin-walled components, and using model analysis method, the cutting vibration of typical thin-walled components during high-speed milling process has been investigated primarily in this paper. Meanwhile, according to the amplitude frequency spectrum analysis of cutting forces, the cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, have been optimized to decrease or eliminate the cutting vibration.
