羧基改性聚硅氧烷的合成及其在纤维表面的成膜性研究
Synthesis of Carboxyl Alkyl Modified Polysiloxane and Its Film Morphology on Fiber
通过顺丁烯二酸酐对γ-氨丙基聚硅氧烷(ASO-2)进行改性,制得了羧基改性聚硅氧烷(CAS-2),用红外光谱对其进行了结构表征,然后用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)研究了纤维表面CAS-2的膜形貌,并结合应用性能予以分析。采用衰减全反射傅里叶红外光谱(ATR/FT-IR)、光电子能谱(XPS)对附着在纤维表面的CAS-2膜的化学组成进行了分析表征。结果表明:CAS-2能在纤维表面成膜,在放大倍数为20000倍的条件下,该硅膜呈相对均匀的平滑形貌且有一定亲水性。而XPS分析表明,在CAS-2硅膜表面明显存在有Si、N、O、C四种元素。另外,经CAS-2处理后的纤维织物吸湿性良好,且有较高的白度值。
In this paper, a carboxyl alkyl modified polysiloxane(CAS-2)was prepared by modification of γ-aminopropyl polysiloxane(ASO-2) with cis-butenedioic anhydride. Chemical structure of the synthesized polysiloxane was characterized by infrared spectrum. Then, the morphology and surface properties of CAS-2 film immobilized on fiber substrates were investigated and characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR/FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and other instruments. As the amplification was more than 20000 times, CAS was found to form a relatively smooth film on the treated fabric,which showed some hydrophilicity according to the application experiments . ATR and XPS spectra indicated that there were Si, N, O, C four elements clearly on the treated fiber surface. In addition, the cotton fabric treated by CAS-2 exhibits an improved wettability and a good whiteness.
