本文综述了刺探电位图谱(EPG)技术——一种用来记录刺吸式口器昆虫口针在寄主组织中刺探行为的电信号变化特征的技术,在寄主植物对刺吸式口器昆虫的抗虫机制,昆虫与寄主植物的特异性关系,昆虫传毒行为,昆虫取食危害机理,昆虫生物学和生态学,农药生物测定,昆虫化学生态学,昆虫毒理学以及植物电生理学等领域的研究的应用。
Electrical penetration graph (EPG) is a technique that could be mark the bioelectrical signal movement characteristic of the mouthparts behavior of piercing-sucking mouthparts insect in different organize of post plant. It is applied to study for what plant resistance mechanism, bioelectrical response of host plant when they been penetrating, transfer virus behavior, penetration (feeding, harm) behavior and biology, ecology, bioassay of pesticide about herbivorous piercing-sucking mouthparts insect, chemical ecology, and also be applied to study plant electrophysiology. This paper summarizes these. The question and prospect about EPG technique also being discuss.
