本文提出了多接口多信道链路层协议MIMCLP(Multi-Interface Multi-Channel Link-layer Protocol),该协议设计了链路层的接口和信道分配控制算法,以提升无线移动Ad Hoc网络吞吐量。在设计上,本协议引入了LFU(Least Frequently Used)算法,用来解决多信道向多接口切换过程中的业务量预测与选择问题。在实现上,本协议保证了多接口多信道网络对上层协议的透明性,这样上层协议就可以不加修改而运行,同时也可以获得网络可扩展性的提升。最后,本文通过OPNET环境,对MIMCLP的多接口多信道网络性能进行了仿真验证。

In this article, MIMCLP (Multi-Interface Multi-Channel Link-layer protocol) is proposed for wireless Ad-hoc networks. MIMCLP designs the distribution and control algorithms for link-layer interfaces and channels, in order to improve the throughput for wireless Ad-hoc networks. MIMCLP introduces LFU (Least-Frequently Used) algorithm to obtain a better prediction and selection during the multi-channel switch process. This protocol also ensures the transparency of link-layer multi-interface multi-channel feature among upper protocols, such that these protocols are eligible to be implemented without modification whereas improve the network scalability. Finally, the performance of MIMCLP is validated through OPNET simulator.
