多功能纳米载体研究近况
Recent research on multifunctional nanocarriers
纳米给药系统在实现药物靶向给药,缓、控释放等方面表现出良好的应用前景,因而成为近年来药剂学领域的研究热点之一。作为药物载体的纳米载体有许多功能,如血液循环时间延长;靶向作用;造影功能;生理环境敏感的药物释放。在一个粒子中结合几个功能的多功能纳米载体,能够作为多种药物传递的有效平台,特别能克服肿瘤的耐药性而增强疗效。本文综述了多功能纳米载体研究近况。
Nanocarrier drug delivery system show good application prospects in targeting drug delivery, sustained-release and controlled-release, ect, therefore, they have become one of the research focuses in the pharmaceutical fields in recent years. Nanocarriers used as pharmaceutical carriers demonstrate a broad variety of functions, such as longevity in the blood; specific targeting to certain disease sites; contrast properties; stimuli-sensitivity allowing for drug release from the carriers under certain physiological conditions. Multifunctional nanocarriers that combine several functions in a single stable construct can be used as effective platforms for the delivery of many drugs, especially good at overcoming tumor drug resistance and enhancing therapeutic effects. This paper reviews the recent research on multifunctional nanocarriers.
