本文针对OFDMA的中继蜂窝系统中,存在的资源有限和小区干扰的问题,我们结合干扰协调和部分频率复用(FFR)提出了一种新的干扰协调的扇区化的动态频率规划算法(SDFP)。该方案针对三个扇区进行子载波的划分,在三个扇区中再区分中心和边缘,在实现不同小区的资源复用的同时对于中心区域和边缘区域的划分并没有严格的界限而是根据小区负载和信道条件划分,子载波分配平衡了各个扇区的负载充分保证边缘扇区频带不重叠,达到资源的有效利用并能减少干扰的效果。本算法实现了有效地避免了相邻小区间的用户干扰同时保证用户公平性和频带的有效利用,通过对不同算法的干扰分析,仿真结果证明提出的算法能够提高系统的吞吐量和频谱利用率,在负载较重的小区中断概率明显比其它算法优越。

In this paper, we paper propose a dynamic frequency planning scheme for downlink OFDMA to provide higher cell capacity. In order to mitigate the inter-cell interference (ICI), we joint the fractional frequency reuse (FFR) and interference coordination and propose a new effective subcarrier distribution method, which divides subcarriers into three main overlapping groups to three sectors and there are no rigid boundaries between center and edge groups. The subcarrers are distributed between the groups depending on load and the channel state information. The base stations (BSs) schedule subcarriers from different distributions and different orders to avoid interference. According to the simulation result, the proposed algorithms effectively increase the resource utilization rate and decrease the system outage probability especially in highly loaded cells.
