Finite element analysis of nanoindentation experiments on the titania films

本文以涂敷于玻璃表面的氧化钛薄膜的纳米压痕实验为基础,对薄膜的压痕过程进行了有限元分析。通过与实验结果相比较,验证了有限元分析的有效性,同时,有限元模拟还可以动态研究纳米压痕过程中薄膜材料弹塑性力学行为的变化情况。

In this paper, based on the nanoindentation experiments of titania films coating on glass surface, the nanoindentation process was analyzed by the finite element method. By comparison with the experimental results, the validity of the finite element analysis was verified. At the same time, the finite element simulation can also dynamically investigated the changes of the elastic-plastic mechanical behaviors of the films during the nanoindentation process.
