垃圾压缩打包机液压系统的设计及有限元分析

垃圾压缩打包机执行机构的动力都是来自液压系统,因此如何设计符合要求的液压系统直接影响到垃圾压缩打包机整体设计的成功与否。本文依据设计需求对垃圾压缩打包机的液压系统进行了设计,应用仿真软件AMESim建立了仿真模型并对其模型进行了动态性能仿真。从仿真结果可以看出,各参数数值符合实际设计计算的数值,仿真过程与垃圾压缩打包机液压系统实际工作情况相符合。因此可以认定该液压系统运行过程稳定,符合预期设计要求。
ynamic of garbage compression packing machine actuator are from the hydraulic system, so how to design to meet the requirements of hydraulic system directly affects the garbage compression packing machine overall design success.To compress the design of the compression packer's hydraulic system, established hydraulic system's simulation mode based on AMESim, realized the simulation of the dynamic performance of hydraulic system. And from the simulation result, all the parameters meet the numerical calculation, the simulation process is consistent with the actual situation.so the operation process of the hydraulic system can maintain stable, consistent with the expected design requirements.
