基于ADAMS的矿用汽车液压举升系统建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulating for Hydraulic Lifting System of Mining Truck Based on ADAMS
本文利用ADAMS软件,以矿用汽车为研究对象,通过实体建模方法,建立了液压举升系统仿真模型,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明:举升过程中,货厢转速逐渐增大;举升缸无杆腔内出现多次油压冲击;随着货箱举升和回落,举升缸下铰支点支座反力先增大后减小;在每一级缸筒伸出或缩回瞬时,铰支点支座反力出现短时振荡。通过对矿用汽车液压举升系统进行机-液耦合仿真,可以真实反映机械系统和液压系统之间的相互作用过程,为矿用汽车举升机构和举升液压系统设计提供依据。实验结果证明了仿真的有效性。
his paper makes a study of mining trucks’ lifting system in ADAMS software. By entity modeling, the hydraulic lifting system simulating model of some mining truck is established, and simulating is done. The result of simulating indicate that in lifting process, the rate of box rotation increases gradually, multiple oil pressure impulse appears in the rodless cavity of lifting cylinder. Along with box raising and fallback, the force in lower anchor chair of lifting cylinder increase firstly and then decrease. The force in anchor chair short-time oscillates at the time of every cylinder outing. By mechanism-hydraulic coupling simulation of mining truck hydraulic lifting system, the process of interaction between mechanical system and hydraulic system is clear, which offers design basis of mining truck lifting mechanism and hydraulic system. The result of test proved the validity of simulation in this paper.
