通过建立专家知识库及推理机制,探索采用专家系统对旋转机械进行故障诊断,以实现旋转机械故障监测的智能化、自动化,提高设备运行的安全性和效率。旋转机械约有百分之七十的故障是由转子不平衡引起的,因此机械不平 衡的检测及分析对于保证设备安全运行极为重要。本文以机械不平衡故障为例建立专家系统,也可应用到其他故障原因的检测上。

his paper explored the use of expert system for rotating machinery fault diagnosis through the creation of expert knowledge base and reasoning mechanism. In order to achieve intelligent and automation of rotating machinery fault monitoring and improve equipment operation safety and efficiency . About 70 percent of the failure of rotating machine is caused by rotor imbalance, therefore, it is extremely important to detect and analysis mechanical imbalance, ensuring the safe operation of equipment. In this paper, it taking mechanical imbalance failure as the example, established the expert system, which can also be applied to other fault detection.
